  Objective:

To seek an opportunity to serve an institution of reputes with quality environment where I can utilize my knowledge to further explore and enhance my skills and to grow the organization I am working for. As a social worker I am always sacrifice my life for the society development till my last drop of blood.

 Aim:

• Today, we have a committed team of around 100 staff, implementing programmes across     Odisha
• Influencing important decision making on a range of themes with the fundamental aim to    empower people and nurture resources.
• To take up the programmes of welfare and development in collaboration with individuals and    agencies of local national & International.
• To take up programmes on rule development health & sanitation. Training & education,    awareness generation, rehabilitation of special need group programmes of social defend,    environment protection & Allied programes.

Message to the society:

 To develop a society in which individuals are aware of the basic right and are provided with equal opportunities to access health and educational facilities. A well educated and healthy society in which women and children have equal rights. Susambad Charitable Trust was started by a group of volunteers who wanted to bring a change in the lives of the poor and impoverished by bringing health and education to their doorsteps.
